Religion is one of the most well-known barriers that benefited from the invention of the Gutenberg printing press. In the societies where the Catholic Church and Christianity were predominant, Martin Luther and his first printed Bible, which would form the template for all future Bibles, led the Reformation and contributed greatly to the birth of our new modern world.
